Anna read History of Art and Philosophy at UCL, with an MA from the Courtauld Institute, and spent much of her career teaching, from A Level to the Metropolitan Museum in New York. She edited The Greyhound Diary, her mother's 1949 travel journal, named Book of the Week in the Daily Mail.

Sunny is a social work consultant and speaker with over two decades of experience supporting individuals and families through life's transitions. His work integrates emotional wellbeing, reflective practice and faith, helping people navigate change with compassion and resilience.

Father Nigel is the parish priest at Our Lady of Victories, ordained in 1996, and a published author, retreat leader and songwriter. He has written several spiritual books with Veritas, including The Lamb Will Conquer, Learning to Love, and The Father Wants to Heal You.

Laetitia is a Television Producer and Author who has cast and produced some of the UK's favourite shows, including Strictly Come Dancing and Children in Need, as well as the ITV documentary Will.i.am: The Blackprint. She is the author of The Joy Troll series and Solu and The Storm.

Gia is a west London-based writer and creative working across multiple disciplines. Her writing is driven by a belief in the power each of us holds to shape our own lives, and she strives to live, and inspire others to live, with ease and joy.

David was born in Port of Spain, Trinidad, and moved to London in 1989. He is the founder of Culturepulse magazine and Director of the Notting Hill Carnival Pioneers Festival. He has published four books, including Green Mango Chow, Jumbie in Town, Hitchhiking to Montreal, and most recently, Portobello Beach.

Jane was born in Venezuela and educated in London and Oxford, working as a BBC producer before moving into journalism at The Sunday Times, The Daily Telegraph and The Independent. Her Clara Vine series began with the bestseller Black Roses, and her Fox and Fry series continues with Midnight in Vienna and Appointment in Paris.

Antony is a Consultant Psychodynamics Analyst educated at the University of London, where his doctoral research focused on psychodynamics. He has worked for many years in a mental health clinic and as training analyst and Director of Studies for a psychodynamic psychotherapy association in London.
